LAW REQUIRES US TO OBTAIN A SIGNED CURRENT COPY OF YOUR RESALE CERTIFICATE AND ATTACH IT TO EVERY SALE MADE.
IF WE DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE ON FILE, TAXES CANNOT BE WAIVED.
WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCEPT HANDWRITTEN NUMBERS. THIS IS NOT A STUDIO POLICY, THIS IS TAX LAW.
PLEASE BRING COPIES TO THE SHOWS. WE ARE AWARE THAT SOME VENDORS TO NOT ADHERE TO THESE RULES, HOWEVER
WE WISH TO KEEP OUR ACCOUNTING ACCURATE ACCORDING TO STATE LAWS IN THE EVENT OF AN AUDIT. THE VENDORS WHO DO NOT ADHERE TO

NAME ON CREDIT / DEBIT CARD MUST MATCH NAME ON THE RESALE CERTIFICATE. YOU MUST BE THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS.
IF YOU FORGET YOUR RESALE CERTIFICATE OR RUN OUT OF COPIES DURING A SHOW, YOU HAVE 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO REMIT A COPY OF YOUR RESALE CERTIFICATE (ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT) FOR A FULL REFUND OF ALL SALES TAXES PAID AGAINST YOUR PURCHASE.
A FORM CONTAINING THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE HANDED TO YOU AS YOU CHECK OUT.
